S51 Activation Wizard Affidavit of Arrears

 

Purposes:

 

This screen begins with the registration MIMS user ready to enter the Affidavit of Arrears. 

 

Prerequisites:

 

1.       MIMS user must have applicable security authorization to access this screen.

            The following groups have access to this panel:

 

·         Registration Agent

·         Supervisor/Team Leads (Registration)

·         System Administrator

 

Helpful Hints:

 

·         This is the next page in the activation wizard. The previous page would have been ‘Activation Wizard – Relate Parties to File. 

·         Registration arrears are not stored; they initiate the generation of journal vouchers and are accessible through DSA &CSA as journal voucher entries.

·         If the Crown is claiming arrears then Party 99 must be related to the file as party file role of ‘Crown’. If party 99 is not related to the file then automatically relate party 99 as party file role of ‘Crown’.

 

 

Procedure:

 

1.       In the ‘Party Number’ field, using the drop down box select the appropriate party.

2.       Enter the correct arrears amount in the appropriate field box (i.e. unenforceable or enforceable).

3.       Click ‘Relate Arrears’ button.

4.       The amounts are displayed in the Parties Claiming Arrears list.

5.       To remove arrears, select the ‘Party Number’ using the drop down box. Enter the amount to be removed in the appropriate field box. Click ‘Remove Related Arrears’ button.

6.       To cancel, click ‘Cancel’ button. This will erase all data entered and return user to the ‘Registration Tab’ screen.

7.       Click ‘Next’ button to open the ‘S42 Activation Wizard Order & Terms’ Screen.

The number entered must be greater than zero (0) and be a positive number

The number entered must be greater than zero (0) and be a positive number

Decimal value entry is mandatory.

Buttons

 

Use this button to add the arrears for the selected party into the Parties Claiming Arrears area.

 

Press this button to remove the arrears from the Parties Claiming Arrears area.

 

Use this button to move in between screens.

 

Press this button to cancel all data entry and return to main Registration Tab screen.
